WHAT IS HYPNOTHERAPY?

 

Hypnosis is a state of focused attention and deep relaxation that allows a person to be more open to suggestions. It's like a daydream or a state of intense concentration where the mind becomes highly receptive to certain ideas or instructions. During hypnosis, a trained person called a hypnotist guides the individual into this relaxed state, and then they may suggest changes in thoughts, feelings, or behaviors.

While in this state, people might feel more imaginative and responsive, but it's important to note that hypnosis cannot make someone do things against their will or beliefs. It's a collaborative process where the person being hypnotized chooses to follow the suggestions given by the hypnotist.
