Psychotherapy (psychological therapy or talking therapy) is the use of psychological methods including Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Time Line Therapy and Hypnotherapy (hypnosis) particularly when based on regular personal interaction, to help a person change behaviour and overcome problems in desired ways. Psychotherapy aims to improve an individual's well-being and mental health, to resolve or mitigate troublesome behaviours, beliefs, compulsions, thoughts, or emotions, and to improve relationships and social skills.

There are over a thousand different psychotherapy techniques, some being minor variations, while others are based on very different conceptions of psychology, ethics (how to live), or techniques.

Psychotherapy is a process focused on helping you heal and learn more constructive ways to deal with the problems or issues within your life. It can also be a supportive process when going through a difficult period or under increased stress, such as starting a new career or going through a divorce.

These supportive hypnotherapy service provider sessions are booked in a series over an agreed number of weeks.
