Initial Consultation (30 minutes - complimentary)

Ongoing Hypnotherapy Session (allow 60 - 90 minutes)

In subsequent sessions, you'll be guided into a state of deep relaxation and focused attention. This allows us to access your subconscious mind and implement positive suggestions and therapeutic techniques. These sessions may involve:

Traditional Hypnotherapy

This is the classic form of hypnotherapy where the therapist guides the client into a state of deep relaxation and suggests positive changes.

Clinical Hypnotherapy

Ericksonian Hypnotherapy
