About Donna French
I am a Clinical Member of the Australian Hypnotherapy Association
and hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Murdoch University.

My clinical training includes hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming, and time line based therapeutic interventions. I have undertaken advanced study in Neo Ericksonian hypnosis and behavioural change methodologies.

Clinical Approach
My approach is structured, evidence informed, and tailored to the individual.

Rather than offering generic scripts or surface level strategies, I assess:

Behavioural conditioning
Emotional triggers
Subconscious drivers
Internal conflict
Identity based patterns
Intervention is selected deliberately based on presentation.

The aim is not motivation.
It is recalibration.

Scope of Work
Clients commonly seek support for:

Anxiety and stress regulation
Smoking cessation
Habitual or compulsive behaviours
Trauma related conditioning
Self concept and confidence blocks
Performance inhibition

Each program is delivered one on one and tailored to your specific goals.

Professional Philosophy
I draw influence from the work of Milton Erickson, particularly his emphasis on indirect suggestion, metaphor, and client centred change.

At the core of my practice is the understanding that individuals possess adaptive capacity. When subconscious patterns are updated appropriately, behaviour aligns more naturally with intention.
