ABOUT ME

I am a Clinical Member of The Australian Hypnotherapy Association (AHA), a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, Time Line Therapy Practitioner, Master Hypnotist and Master Coach,

Certified HypnoFit Therapist, Certified MMHA Practitioner in Neo-Ericksonian Hypnosis.

I graduated from Murdoch University in 2006 with a BA in Psychology.  In 2012, I became interested in a more holistic approach to therapy and commenced my discovery of Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy.

By assisting my clients to overcome emotional, mental and behavioural challenges by tapping into my clients own potential, I possess a compassionate, innovative and highly effective approach to therapy leading to quick and effective results.  My work utilises the principle of neuroplasticity and by teaching my clients to use their mind to effect change.

My mission is to help you heal from your past, clear away limiting beliefs, harmful emotions and negative influences to release yourself from the daily struggle, to gain clarity, and reconnect and transport yourself to live an abundant, purposeful and happy life from the Inside Out.

I will work closely with you to ensure you always receive one on one support during your therapy in accordance to your individual needs, in order to address the emotional issues as quickly as possible.  My aim is to create thoughtful and carefully planned therapy schedules for my clients and I am always available on the phone to answer any questions.

Milton Erickson, an American psychiatrist who specialised in medical hypnosis and family therapy, is who I draw my passion from and I am a dedicated user of his techniques.
